Routing problem

Tue Nov 28, 2006 9:55 pm

RB112 Eth1=192.168.10.2/24, Wlan(cm9)=10.10.10.1/24
PC 192.168.10.50/24 GW=192.168.10.2

RB112 eth1=172.16.16.1/24, Wlan(cm9)=10.10.10.2/24
PC 172.16.16.10/24 GW=172.16.16.1

PC on either side can ping both interfaces, RB112 on each side can ping the other RB112.

This is probobly a simple thing that I've missed but I can not get the 2 pc to talk accross the link. I've tried all sorts of thing with different gateways and routs. What routing needs to be in place for the 2 pc to talk.

Thanks

You need routes for oposite networks on RB112 or set default routes to wlan interface on both RB112

Thanks,

I changed the gateway to the cm9's on both sides, works great.... I'm sure I had it that way before.... To many hours staring at the screen I guess, some times you just need another pair of eyes.

It Looks like it was Windows that was creating the problem. Seem it was have its own internal routing issues with the 3 nic in one of my PC.

Thanks
