It's stated at the calculator, link it's possible, but you'll need an outrageously high tower (>70m height) to mount the Tx device.

Either that, or use four devices to create 2 PTPs.

First PTP will clear the elevation by Rx'ing at the edge; this first PTP Rx radio will be wired to second PTP back to back, which will transmit to the final Rx.
