https://mikrotik.com/product/RBcAPL-2nD-307
Number of DC inputs 1 (PoE-IN)
says that there is 1 PoE IN for this board

cap lite is the same as map lite, so usb port can be used only for power. you can power it by poe or usb or both

Does it will work with USB modem? OTG cable for microUSB-AB to USB 2.0 and more dc power on ethernet, like 0.5A , or 1A. (Standart is too low - 0.2A)
