Huawei ME909s-120 died during update RBM11G to 6.41

I have Huawei ME909s-120 and RBM11G installed into ITElite MRA2612DP outdoor box with antenna. This configuration worked few months.

After I download update to 6.41 install and reboot RBM11G not returned to life. I removed the router from the outside wall and brought it home.
After powering the router cyclically flashing LEDs and clicking relay. Cycle length is about 2s. Looks like some protection triggered...
Router normally start without modem and immediately restarts then i hotplugged modem.

Now it works fine with an old 3G modem, but what happened with LTE Huawei ME909s-120?

Hello! I have the same question.
I bought a RBM11G motherboard and an antenna. I updated it to ROS 6.41. I ordered the Huawei ME909s-120 modem, waiting for delivery. It will also fail after installation in RBM11G?

I have wap LTE on 6.41 with a huawei me909s-120 and no issues. May be a power supply issue.

RBM11G powered using MikroTik RBGPOE and Mikrotik 18V PSU. This configuration worked fine few months.
Nothning will change if i downgrade firmware because now modem has some hardware damage. Modem worked fiine when downloaded new firmware but dead during upgrade or reboot.
