I have a problem,

I tried to add a USB Modem to an RB951G-2hnd. It did detect at the system resources, but not as port, so I can not set any connection.
But, at the interfaces it detects as an LTE. I can set the APN, PIN, etc, but it can not detect any network.
Do you have any idea where to search the problem?
The LTE modem is an Alcatel OneTouch L850V. I used the latest RouterOS.
