What is the difference between the two highlighted readings in the picture: Thanks.

The upper shows bits per second, the lower shows packets per second.

It's not exactly the same if same bits per second is reached with bigger or smaller packets, smaller packets cause higher load (either CPU or switch chip or whatever HW is used to pass traffic).
