I have a Groove 52 ac (US version) that I am attempting to connect to a public wifi but it would not find the access point. After doing some research, I realized it isn't showing up because the public wifi AP is using channel 52 which is centered on 5260 and the US version of the Groove is locked to only support 5170-5250MHz for DFS frequencies. I am able to connect using my Windows laptop and communicate on channel 52 so why doesn't the Groove support it?
