I already finished develop an app web based to login hotspot with social media like my presentation on MUM cambodia 2017

the problem is.. i put facebook on walled garden with regexp *facebook* , so..if the client know the traffic to facebook is by pass, maybe they will be not login if they just need open facebook,
my question, its possible to manage bandwidth facebook before they login just a small ,after login is depend on hotspot user profile ?
