I'm planning to change my network configuration so I can have central management of my access points
with Capsman.

I will use 1 x RB1100AHx2 and 160 RB952Ui-5ac2nD Hap AC Lite.

My question is can RB1100AHx2 handle all of the 160 AP without any problems.
I will offer hotspot with registration for about 1000-1200 devices on high load.

As CaPsMAN AHx2 can handle number of AP but maybe will be a problem for traffic of 1200 clients

I calculate about 8-9 clients on each AP which I believe is OK.
Do you mean that maybe AHx2 will have problem to handle traffic of 1200 devices ?

can be if you dont use firewall in rb1100 ... 1200 clients would need some restriction, queue simple or queue tree ... maybe mangle should overload your cpu with such amount of clients.
