Routers not accepting USers to connect

Mon Nov 12, 2018 5:07 pm

Hello, I have Metal 2shpn configured it to be AP without DHCP. Its connected to a TP link that works as the DHCP
But it keeps putting clients on the default network (88.0/24) yet TP link network to the default .5.0/24 or not let anyone connect at all..
Also when someone get the IP from .88.0/24 they dont get internt cuz by gateway is on .5.1

I want to use like of them around the compound but dhcp disabled on all of them.

Attached is a sample of all my settings.

Go to the DHCP client page on winbox and remove whatever you have there.
Create a new one,
The only entry required should be on the DHCP TAB
interface (select Bridge).
Use Peer DNS - YES
Use Peer NTP - YES
Use Default Route - YES

On mine also on the quickset page, bridge acquisition was set to automatic but both should work.

Done also that but still jumps to x.x.88.x

When i create a dhcp client and select bridge it changes all the WISP AP configurations to x.x.88.x from x.x.14.x

Your DHCP server is running most probably and giving out addresses.
Disable it.
