This is a hardware issue that I can cure by switching to any one of several other wireless access points we have.
I had emailed support about it when i found it repeatable.
I got an email to update routerOS a few weeks later. Which I did. Problem was not solved.
I emailed support again with more support files. I got a reply that the 2 cases were being merged.
Then it took 30 days to get told to turn off RSTP and check if that fixes it.
I asked if I was supposed to turn it off on Cap or Caps-Man running router.
30 days later...

Yes, have you tried turning it off on both? Does the issue still persist?

Due the constant issue... we had to pull the cAPs and put in UniF--K (WHICH I HATE USING!!!)
