Band; "5Ghz-N/AC" versus "5Ghz-only-AC"

Tue Apr 02, 2019 7:52 pm

If AP works with 5Ghz-only-AC should CPE also work in "only-AC"? Or is "N/AC" good enough?

Does it trigger a different driver in CPE? Or does it make no difference at all?

(We keep "N/AC" so we can always roll back if needed. But if "ac only" would be better I will set that as permanent setting.)

@WirelessRudy
Were you able to test AC only vs N/AC?.
I think mikrotik support Team should provide some information about this.
