rb133c as wireless ptp bridge?

Fri Apr 06, 2007 7:39 pm

I'm setting up a point to point shot, 7 miles, SR9.

Will RouterOS level 3 allow this? or do I need to get level 4 for this? This is just my initial test shot, need something working to show the investors.

You can do this with a 24 hour free license if you can get your investors to show up within 24 hours.

Level 3 will do a single point to point (mode=bridge instead of ap-bridge).

Cool, thanks guys.

The demo version won't cut it. I'm certain I can do the shot and so are they. The problem I need to address is stability and maintainence required.

I need to say "yep, its been up a month without so much as a hicup" or "I've fixed every problem within x hours during the testing".
