R11e-LTE Packet loss

R11e-LTE Packet loss

Hello everyone,

I am currently using an LtAP mini with a R11e-LTE routerboard inside and am finding it quite useful however I am getting strange packet loss on the lte interface which is not happening on any other LTE devices in the same room (phone, tablet, etc...).
The connection will function fine for 2-3 minutes then timeout for a few seconds which is quite frustrating as it will cause my VPN tunnels to drop, this packet loss occurs on the internal antenna and also 2 different external antennae. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any suggegstions to troubleshoot further? See below for an example.

First, be sure that you use the latest MODEM FIRMWARE to MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v015 by

Change to upgrade=yes

Thanks for the reply, I had already ensured I was running the latest firmware for the modem and RouterOS/RouterBoard, I am thinking it has to just be an issue with my antennae.

how did you get V024 firmware?

how did you get V024 firmware?
When you found problems with working product and write to support@mikrotik.com then you can finish with not-published Beta version of ROS/ModemFirmware/Boot-Firmware etc.
