Hi, the reset counters in winbox hotspot users tab will reset the accounts of ALL local hotspot users to zeros. How do I just reset an individual user's account?

You have to select specific user in Winbox, then click on 'Reset Counters',
as well the following command in Terminal might be used,
ip hotspot user reset-counters 1
where 1 is HotSpot client username.
