I have a customer who has CCQ's around 80%. When I do a send speed test to them everything is great but when I try to receive from them the receive CCQ drops to around 20 and only just about 20k. CCQ does the same thing when I try to ping them at 1472. When I ping them with the larger packets I get about 5 from them and then it just times out. Doing this also causes their wireless connection to reset. They have been working great for a good while. No other customers on this AP are having a problem. I've tried different frequencies with no luck. Has anybody else ever seen this or have any ideas as to what is going on here?

replace cable @ that client. we have similar situations many times. obvious reason is bad N-conn or cable connection.
