Can someone explain how to set a scheduled export of the mac access control list to other ap's? I was explained to use /interface wireless access-list export, but after running that command and getting an output, I am not sure what to do next. I would love to set a schedule so that every 5-10 minutes the access control list from one ap is exported into the other 7 I have.

You would have to use some external scripting to login to your AP's and copy that access list to all of the others. There is nothing built in to mikrotik to do that for you.

Your best option would be to setup a radius server and have all of your AP's check it for their access list..
