You're routing instead of bridging?

Maybe your users are spoofing their MAC addresses?

i only can connect in this mode : Client ( without wds ) , universal repeater

Looks like you need to contact TP Link support - this isn't a Mikrotik problem.

I bet that mac is your AP interface. If you use an AP between your clients and the hotspot, all users show as the mac of the AP. I use hotspots in the APs, and use my main router as a router only. That eliminates the ip-binding to access the APs, and lets you use mac filtering.

And WDS is unreliable between brands. The most glaring incompatibility was/is D-Link and Linksys. They will not connect with WDS, no matter what I tried.

i can solve the problem it's very easy
the first thing make wds static then defult bradge 1
then wds ignor ssid
and make the tp_link bridge with ap mode
then go to bridge in xr2 and add one and add wds
