Normis, my iMac connection is very slow...much slower than a 52H version. I believe you acknowledged that connecting "N" to Macs were a problem, or have I misspoken?

no, 802.11n with Macs was either working or not working. Don't worry, next beta has a new wireless driver, it should improve a lot of things.

Hi Normis, in the changelog of 4.0 beta 4 there is no one single word about wireless changes or improvements. What was changed?

I've loaded the new beta, and am a bit disappointed. The "N" response of the AP is sluggish compared to standard B/G mode. However, for some reason the B/G mode seems to have perked up very nicely compared with the last beta. I am, still using a Apple iMac, so I'm not sure if that might be the reason for the sluggish "N" performance. It didn't connect at 5 GHz before, I'll try doing that today.

Well, it appears the problem with Apple connecting to 5 GHz-N mode still exists. I can connect to 5 GHz using B/G, but I was able to do that in the previous version as well.

We have also seen this problem. If you have some 5ghz N AP then we would need a wireless sniffer file from the moment when the wireless client (iMAC/MacBook Pro) successfully connects to that AP, then we could try to fix that.
