I have a colony with 150 blds all 7th stories blds whole colony is within 2km radius. how can i make it wifi? which equipments & how many equipments i will have to fix so that every connection will get 54mbps?

A typical Laptop/Cell phone has a range of some 100-200 meters, depending on what's blocking it (walls, trees). So, you need to ensure that your WIFI AP radiuses cover all the area with this kind of radiuses. You can also try to raise the APs up so that they can be seen from a larger area.
