client in registration but not pinging

hi guys we are using rb433 the problem we are facing is some of the users are in the registration but we cant ping them and they also not getting internet when we remove them once from registration and putting them back in the registration solves the problem but why we the clients are not able to get access even they are in the registration

try putting them in the access-list also

they are in the access list but still same problem any body facing this issue ? plz reply

run telnet from winbox and try connect to remote side... maybe you does not have note in "ip-route" on the client side

actually we are using 120 degree sector antenna with rb433

we have that problem too.... after 4 hours check and re-check RB and Configuration, finally we change it with new RB433. All running well. :lol: :lol: :lol:

yes absolutley correct ip address but we are using wpa psk 2 key iam suspecting that is the reason any suggestions ?
in log file it is showing unicast key exchange time out ,group key exchange time out extensive data loss etc what do i do

any way thanks for your time
