wireless link 6km

Tue Mar 22, 2011 10:46 am

I would like to extend my adsl network. I bought two mikrotik routers 411u and 433au with two wireless r52. The mikrotik routers manage to communicate wireless and ping each other.

Adsl router (192.168.1.1) is connected to 433au (192.168.1.10) and the 433au is connected wireless to 411u (192.168.1.20). So I would like to have internet access from 411u. If I connect a pc(192.168.1.21) to 411u I can ping the 433au but I cant ping the adsl router which is physically connected to the adsl router also I cant have internet access.

For default gateway of the pc i tried all the three ip of the routers.

What should I do? The modes of the routers are 433: bridge and 411: station. Should I change theese?

Try ap-bridge in 433 and station pseudobridge in 411.

Also make a bridge on both of them and put ether1 and wlan1.

I have also done this but with no result. Here are two print screens.

The pc which is connected to the wireless side can ping all router (adsl+411+433) but with not internet connection. Should I make any setting to the adsl router?

adsl router<---utp---> (411 - ap bridge mode)<---wireless---> (433 - st. pseudobridge) <---utp--->pc

I added Nat rules in the adsl router.
That was the problem.
