Hotpsot M/k to another Hotspot M/k.. problem with proxy

I currently have a Mikrotik setup with Hotspot.. and all it well. I then used another mikrotik to connect to the first on its hotspot interface. on the second Mikrotik there are 2 radios. one that backhaul to the first mikrotik through the hotspot and the second radio is for local clients. All this works great until...
I add a hotspot to the 2nd mikrotik.. When I do this everything works except port 80. I get a 401 Proxydenied error message. I feel like the problem is that I am doing a 'double proxy' I noticed that in the Hotspot server profile there are boxes for Proxy server and Proxy Server Port. I think these should be set to the 1st mikrotik.. but I was hoping someone could tell me that I am correct before I f*ck the cleints connections once again..
Also I need to know if I need to add a port as well as the IP address of the upstream Mikrotik
thanks!
