We have connected two Mikrotik router via GiG switch , one is RB1000 with 3.22 and other RB1100 with 5.6 , when traffic goes beyond 100Mbps , our cricket graph ( uses snmp) can not plot amount of traffic more than 90Mbps , while the graph for gig switch shows the actual amount of traffic which is 110Mbps or higher but Mikrotik graphs simply shows multiple broken lines and the maximum traffic we can plot is around 80 to 90 Mbps on Gig interface of Mikrotik. When plot the same traffic via Mikrotik's own web monitoring it show the actual amount of traffic which is higher than 100M+ . We have also queried via snmp's io command in real time and have seen lots of zero values from Mikrotik when the actual traffic on the router interface is 100M+. While CPU and memory utilization are not high not more than 10%. Any idea how to fix that problem, appears to be a bug with Mikrotik SNMP engine.
