Would a ubnt radio card work with ROS's NV2?
In other words, is the MT-NV2 arranged by the software or is it the radio?

NV2 is a software implementation of a TDMA protocol.
So, yes it will work with Ubnt cards, DBii cards, Mikrotik cards and any others using Atheros chipsets.
