Does your wavion support 5795 fq.
You seem to have changed the country on mikrotik, and the country selected on wavion is different.
Try keeping the country as same.

The Wavion has settings to hide the ssid just as any other AP.
Be sure to also use 802.11 as the protocol.
Use RTS/CTS on the client also.

Your best to set the SSID manually.
When scanning, you may not see the AP at a very high signal level as the Wavion must establish the parameters for a beam, and with the wavions ability to NULL fill signals on a scan may or maynot be significant enough.

Simple preconfigure the client and aim in the general area until a connection has been established then fine tune for signal level and CCQ.
