Reading mac address from wireless regtable

Mon Feb 13, 2006 8:51 pm

Hello,
I'm working on a snmp web interface including mikrotik related stuff. Currently been working with wireless registration table and it seems I'm unable to fetch a mac adress for a registered station, at least after snmpwalking the oid tree. It means I'm able to create a table of registered clients with their signal levels, rx/tx rates etc. but I'm not able to figure out which mac address these values belong to.
Could this be added in the future mikrotik releases or ... if the mac address value is already present could you please point me to the right oid where to look for it?

Thank you,
Michal

Look at the mac-address in registration table and then go to "ip arp" and there you can see which ip address belongs to which mac-address...

That's it, unless you want name of the customers and phone number :D
Just kiddin' ;)

Actually I wanted to read the mac from snmp, which has nothing to do with ip addresses or arp :-) but I figured it out, apologize for my precipitation :-)
Regards.
