I have 2 Sextants.
I want to connect to buildings wireless and make 1 big network.
What protocol and what settings is best for a link with a distance of 400 Meters (Real sight)

Just bridge 'em. Invisible ethernet cable.

winbox into unit 1 , select bridge , create bridge 1 , add wlan and eth to bridge , assign ip address to bridged interfaces.
winbox into unit 2 , repeat , with another ip in same subnet..

This is how all the other RB's are done , I assume it would be the same way on the sextant.
