I need to get a certification for Groove 2HN and 5HN here in Ecuador.
The regulatory authority (SUPERTEL) ask for some kind of test OS, so they can issue a command and test the transmitting power/bandwidth.
They tell me that is a standard requirement, and that they have been doing this with Mikrotik and other OEMs.

So what is your question?

They need a test OS? Do they need need a test equipment?

Of course, please give them the device, and let them have a look for the certification.


Nothing special about it. Of course they need the device to measure it, look at it, do "nasty things" with it etc....
