Hey pplz. So got this interesting project and i need some guidance from knowledgeable people here.

Im planning to use
RBMetal9HPn for 900mhz and
Ubiquiti nanostations for 5ghz ( not super happy with those doh due to esd failures )

P.S havent done sectrum analysis yet.

What kind of help do you need? Consider using only one brand of devices in your network, especially if they will be connected wirelessly. Mixing the brands brings problems you can easily avoid by that.

particularly with 900 mhz links , as u can see on the plan (they marked )
1. how high 900 mhz sub stations ant need to be to achieve good connection ? is 30 feet good enough ?
im dealing mainly with 1 story houses and trees
my base station will be 43 feet high
2. what speeds should be i expecting in reality ? cause ive consulted with other tech and he told that might be getting tops 1-2mbps
3. and what do u mean by mixing dif brands , should i just go all mikrotik ?

they wont connect to each other, they all be in the bridge mode connected to a switch.

How high is where you have good LOS. Height doesnot affect speed,i think

Height affects the fresnel zone, therefore it has influence on speed via link quality. Use some link calculator to be sure how high the antennas should be.

I advise you do a Google Earth path plot of each link path. I've done a quick plot of a couple of your longer paths and they are relatively short. A couple of RBSXTG-5HPacD-SA at 2850 AVenue North and RBSXTG-5HPacD at the end sites should work. Each mast location and height will need to be surveyed onsite for overly tall tree obstructions but in the main it should be clear at the heights you've mentioned.
