I have a customer running ROS 5.19 that has been working fine. Today he has a strange problem. His RB connects to our tower fine. I can winbox to his cpe. I can see him in the arp list with a ip address. I can't ping him from winbox by ip or mac.
He can ping the gateway 192.168.88.1 but not the wlan address. we have re-programed the cpe but nothing seems to help.
What can be going on and how do we fix it? It seams like a firewall / nat but that is set up correct like it always has been and other customers with same nat rule work fine.
