Please proceed as follows:

* Reboot dude server host.
* Generate supout file #1.
* Let the system run for a while, when most of ram has been consumed again then generate supout file #2.

After you have both supout files send them to support@mikrotik.com We will check what caused the memory leak.

Screenshots does not tell us much. If there is an memory leak we would like to fix it. IF you still intend to use The Dude server on that CCR of yours.
Please proceed as follows:

* Reboot dude server host.
* Generate supout file #1.
* Let the system run for a while, when most of ram has been consumed again then generate supout file #2.

After you have both supout files send them to support@mikrotik.com We will check what caused the memory leak.

Same issue, version 6.36 on an x86 virtualized server (Xen). Starting with 1GB RAM, shrinking free memory accross the time until it reboots.

Increased RAM size only extends online time, but reboots anyway.

Thanks. Sorry for my english.
