Hi, I have installed the Dide server 6.40.2 version on a ccr1036.

The use is enabled and running but I’m not able to connect. The client is always as connecting but never connect.

I have telnet the ip and I can connect to the 2210 port.

My scheme is as follows:
No Masquerade In Nat
2210 port open
Dude running
Users are alllowed for The dude in the group access settings

Do I have to activate something in my router?

Client connects to server on 8291 now. 2210 is obsolete.

I have tried to use the 8291 port but it throwns an error 10061.

We have exact issue. Updated from 6.35.4 to 6.38.3 . Both RouterOS and Dude updated without any issue. Upgraded client to match the version and trying to connect 8291 but it fails with error 10061. Any help will be appreciated.

I resolved it, you have to use the same port as you use for accessing to your router and an user with privileges for the dude
