How to decrease polling time ?

Wed Jun 12, 2019 7:21 pm

Hi guys , im seeing an exesive icmp and snmp request coming from dude server to my monitored devices.
I tryed setting the probe interval time to 5mins at the device and also in the ping probe but still seeing pings and snmp request every 10 seconds at the monitored devices.
I also rebooted the server.
Im using dude 6.43.16 on routerOS 6.43.16.

I dont know how to decrease it ...
Some idea would be wellcome.
Regards.
Leandro.

Change the polling times in the global settings. There is a button up in the top left somewhere that says "settings" - go to the "polling" tab. This is the default polling settings for every device. You can over-ride those settings at the device level or at the service level.
