Push logs from mikrotik to Rsyslog Server.

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem managing remote mikrotik logs. I have read the docs of Mikrotik, our forum, and a few other sites and when I finish the configuration and try to push some messages, I still can't get it. This is my config as follow:
