I need get notification from ping service every 1 min (probe state up or down)

I added device → tab services added ping service → in service tab notifications set popup →
in popup settings in tab advanced set:
Delay 00:00:00
Repeat interval 00:01:00
Repeat count 0

when service up or down i get just 1 popup with state down or up, but i need get popup every minutes, regardless of the state of the probe

If i changed "Repeat count" to 100 after 100 minuts i didn't get popup until probe dont change state
