Dude on RB750Gr3

Fri Nov 15, 2019 4:19 pm

Hello guys,
I have Rb750Gr3 mmips with the dude-server install on it version 6.42.12.
In Files i have created i disk1 with an external sd card of 32G which is more than enough.
Also in Files i get 11.7MiB of 16.3 MiB used - 28% free in the bottom area of the window.
I also have dude-client 6.42.12 installed and connected to the server.
I want to update to The Dude server MMIPS 6.45.7 which is only 1.3Mb but i cant. I shut down the server - open files - drag & drop Mmips dude-server-6.45.7-mmips.npk in a blank area (not in disk1) - reboot but nothing happens!
Same with dude-client. I uninstalled dude-client 6.42.12 - downloaded The dude-client 6.45.7 - Install in PC - but it stills shows 6.42.12.
I tried to install mmips package 6.45.7 and drag & drop in empty area in Files an reboot but nothing happened.
May this be a matter of storage? Should i try and put dude-server-6.45.7 under Disk1 ?
Any help is appreciated.

Upgrade whole system, not just one package.

I have the same device, and RB750GR3 running the Dude. Mine is actually using 14.1mb of 16.3mb used. To update it I open system -> packages and click the check for update button and update it that way. I just did it and there is more than enough room to do it. 1 thing I do, is I use the download button and manually reboot it instead of using the download and reboot button.
