ros_command not working

Fri Dec 06, 2019 8:50 pm

Hello,
i am trying to make a simple bandwith monitoring on my Mikrotik router using Dude.
I added a test data source having the following code
ros_command(":put (([/interface monitor-traffic ether1 once as-value]->\"rx-bits-per-second\")/1024);")
It is showing properly when running from shell (after removing back slash), but it always returns 0 when running from Dude. As a device I tried to use the router.lan (having properly configured connection data) as well as just having "none". Nothing helped.
How can i trace or test the execution of the command? What do I do wrong?
Thank you for any advise.
