Sat Jan 17, 2009 7:57 am

I need quick help!

I need to give a certain user on the Dude server access to a single map. How to do that?

Thank you Sady. I thought so also, as I have tried a lot, thinking that the user's panels is meant for that.
Currently, I am confused abut "panels", what they mean , and how to use them.

Another thing that might help me reach my goal:

Is it possible to use the web server, and save a link to certain map so as to open that map directly on the client's machine?

I will try that and update here.

Hi There.

I'm trying to do the same thing here. Set up a Dude user, so that when he logins in, he gets a specific Dude map. Is "Sorry - Not possible" still the answer here?

I would love to know the same thing.

Can I give a dude user access to only certain maps?

I too am after the same thing.

My goal is to allow (read only) network users to see their network map. I am trying to set up a direct link on a web page that everyone has access to. When i do a direct link to the relevant map they still have to log in. Once they have logged in they dont get directed back to the map, which is a problem because then people get lost.

what i would also like is to bypass the login page completly and just direct users straight to their map.

Can that be done?

Thanks
Acea
