I use the following "execute"-Notification to restart a service once The Dude notices it is no longer responding.
c:\pstools\psexec.exe \\kwpdda2 -i -u kwpdda2\thedude -p gemLam93lun c:\webservicerestart.cmd
If you make an "execute local" notification and leave the program window open on the The Dude server, it runs just fine. If you make an "execute on server" notification, psexec.exe shows up in the task manager (as started by user SYSTEM), but has no effect. It just hangs in there forever.
The system is Windows 2003 Server. SYSTEM has the right to execute psexec.exe.
Do you have an idea what is going wrong?
