Web Interface shows +5 hours offset

Mon Jul 11, 2011 5:26 pm

I've always had a problem that the web interface into Dude server shows +5 hours on logs and history. Example, outage shows Jul/09 11:44:52 on Dude login from Dude software, while Outage on Device screen on Web interface shows Jul/09 16:44:52. We've always known to subtract 5 hours, but is there any setting that controls this.?

Hello
The Dude shows local time for logs and history of system you open The Dude client.
When you open Dude web interface it shows local time on Dude server.
In order it to show the same time on web and on console you should have the same timezone settings on Dude server and on Dude client.

Let me clarify---
Our Dude server is running on x86 with 4.6. /sys clock shows correct timezone and time.

On my desktop workstation, I can launch Dude 3.6 and connect to server and time is correct.
I can open a browser on the same workstation, I can go in with browser to connect, and time is +5 hours.

Web interface is always +5 from any browser, including phones and desktops.
Dude client is always correct from every desktop we've loaded it.
