I don't believe it can. I've looked for the feature before. But if you're making a feature request, I'll +1 it from here.
Often I get ISP repair people telling me their equipment isn't the problem, and it must be a problem on our end. I can show them on the screen that there have been multiple outages starting with their modem and continuing upstream, but so far I haven't found a way to export the list and shove it down their proverbial throats. It'd be nice if I could.
