how to make speed tests?

Hi!
is it possible to make speedtests with dude?
i would like the up- and download speed of some routers.

The dude measures throughput. Manually place various objects on the map, connect them together with links then watch the utilization on the links.

Download an ISO image of some Linux distribution, copy it between two machines. If you want to test internet performance go to speedtest.net. Checkpoint has large ISO files hosted by Akamai. Akamai is a very large ISP that should be able to give your internet connection a real world test. Iperf is a great tool you can install on linux and/or windows and test between two points with multiple IO streams.
