Dude 4.0 Beta3 save screen settings

Tue Apr 24, 2012 9:33 pm

When I open the dude, it shows all of my devices where I placed them from the last session, but it does show any of the Link Status windows that I have open.

I open "Link Status" so i can see the bandwidth graphs between all of my locations. Each time I reboot the pc or close the dude and open it back it does not "remember" my the Link Status screens I have open (nor their placement).

Also would love to be able to see the name of the device on the Link Status window!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Love "the dude"!!!

You can set up a similar view by using Panels. But before you set up a panel with the bandwidth monitors you need to create charts for each link. You will do that in the Charts section.

Figured out how to get the network layout and charts in panels, now i just have to figure out how to get it to default to opening the panel when the computer is rebooted or the dude opened.
