Dude 4 and Xubuntu

Thu Jan 30, 2014 1:42 pm

Is it possible to run Dude 4 beta 3 in XUbuntu using Wine and the Mikrotik's Wiki procedure for Dude 3.5??

I want to run it over a ODROID-U3 :D

Thank you so much in advance,

Marcos.

I'm running the dude 4.3 beta in Debian 7.4 under Wine 1.4.1 without issue.

For things like winbox, you'll need to install the microsoft fonts for some things like the terminal to look correct, or you could just ssh in. I didn't notice any other issues.

Long story short: install fonts, works perfectly.

isn't odroid some ARM machine? Dude is x86 software, so, it cannot run even you have XUbuntu...

Another thing is, that Dude normaly works under wine on x86 machines...
