I need router with monitoring capability for capture LAN users activities, mainly http, https, for example simply monitoring which web pages users opens and how much time spending at each page

or some other activities e.g. which public mail services which LAN user or PC Station using and how much data are transported

Is possible use Mikrotik router with some software for this ?

or you can suggest me some best syslog analysing software ?

Time spent on individual webs would be problematic. Better to install monitoring agent on each station.
