SCRIPT TO RESET-COUNTERS OF SPECIFIC USERS

Mon May 28, 2018 2:25 pm

I am trying to use the script below to reset counters of users whose profile is called "students".

/tool user-manager user reset-counters [/tool user-manager user find where actual-profile ="student"]

However, when i try running this on the terminal, i get the attached error message after a long wait:

I am using Mikrotik OS Version 6.42.2 on an x86 device. Please what am i not doing correctly?

Ok. Tried your code but it still gives me the same error. Is it a problem of the version of Mikrotik OS i am using, or a problem related to the number of users in that query script returned.

The total number of users in my database is 29,000. Can that be the problem???

maybe version
or maybe the space before and after " = " is not accepted in ROS script grammar
actual-profile ="xyz"

Thank you for all your replies. But i have tried removing the space, but still getting the same error message.

Kindly send me a link to your version of the OS so i can downgrade and try again.

Thank you.
