Is there any way to send a prepared script to multiple routers at the same time instead of loging on to every one seperately and making script there.

Allow FTP on the routers (only for specific IP, recommended - either locally or via a secure tunnel, not just "from the internet"). Then you can use: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:C ... tic_Import
Just upload the script commands using FTP as a file with extension .auto.rsc - and it will be automatically executed.
