Flood-ping with select interface or do command for ping

Wed Oct 03, 2018 2:53 am

Hello all!

Im newbie in mikrotik, sorry for my thoughts on the problem.

I have RBM33G with 2 lte modems. I'll need to get average rtt from lte1 and from lte2. How i can do this?

As i understand:
/ping
have "interface" parameter, but haven't "do" parameter, so i can get only received package counter.
/tool flood-ping
have "do" parameter, but haven't "interface" parameter, so i dont know from what interface i am use
/tool flood-ping
.

Im having the same problem I also need to get the time in (ms) result in the command ping but it doesn't have option "do" parameter to get those information, compare to flood-ping that has "do" parameter but sadly don't have "interface" parameter to specify what interface I am testing for. I think this is very essentials and easy to configure when doing automatic fail-over for having high ping (e.i 400-500ms). Hopefully mikrotik dev team can figure this out also. :(
