It would be possible that someone could support me in what way would be a script to detect the change of an account when enable / disable, in the section of hotspot ip-binding, and to detect this change (enable or disable) send an email.

Or in what form could be sent to the mikrotik log, the action of the button that is modified (enable or disable) in an ip-binding hotspot account, and also send to the mikrotik log the comment of that account. And having this information in the log of the mikrotik, send the log by mail.

Normally in the mikrotik log it shows me this:
Dec / 11/2018 21:09:06 memory system, hotspot info ip binding rule changed by admin

And that something like this can be achieved:
Dec / 11/2018 21:09:06 memory system, hotspot info ip binding rule changed by admin _ "disable" _ "Comment of the account, example, User Peter"
